Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Director who possesses a robust background in cybersecurity and a deep understanding of threat assessment and intelligence. The ideal candidate will have between 16 to 20 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of leading teams in performing vulnerability assessments, threat modelling, and incident response.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the cybersecurity team to conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and threat intelligence analysis for various clients and projects.
- Develop, implement, and oversee threat modeling strategies to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into all stages of development and operations.
- Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities, providing actionable intelligence and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct training and awareness programs to elevate the organization's cybersecurity posture through continuous education.
- Provide guidance on compliance requirements and ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance security solutions and frameworks, aligning them with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of security within the organization, promoting long-term security awareness and advocacy.
- Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 16 to 20 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields, with specific focus on vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence, and threat modeling.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to mentor and manage teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, OWASP) and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging threats.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
