Position : Online Tele Sales Associate
Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Industry : Gems & Jewelry (preferable) / Retail / Services
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming leads from online platforms, social media, and company
website, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, calls, and WhatsApp with aconsultative sales approach.
Understand customer requirements and provide personalized jewelryrecommendations.
Share product details, pricing, and offers with potential clients, ensuringcomplete clarity.
Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on customerpreferences and lead quality.
Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales conversion targets.Assist with after-sales support, including order tracking, payment coordination,and addressing customer concerns.
Stay updated with jewelry trends, collections, and industry insights to pitcheffectively.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Proven sales conversion skills with at least 2+ years in online sales / customeracquisition (jewelry industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads / customers simultaneously.Customer-first attitude with a focus on building trust and long-term relations.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Minimum 2 years’ experience in online sales (jewelry, luxury, or e-commerceindustry preferred).
