We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to promote and sell banking products including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. The role involves customer acquisition, meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and recommending suitable products to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Acquisition :
- Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls to promote banking products.
Sales Targets :
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for various banking products.Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Product Recommendation :
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in telecalling, banking sales, or financial product sales is an advantageStrong sales, negotiation, and communication skillsTarget-driven and self-motivatedAbility to handle objections and close sales effectivelyPerks and Benefits :
