We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team and help thousands find their perfect Zolo home.

Role Summary

As an Associate – Inside Sales, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. Your role is to engage with leads, understand their requirements, build trust, and guide them to book the right Zolo property.

This is a target-driven role where your success is defined by your ability to build connections, handle objections, and close bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their housing needs.
  • Build rapport with customers, explain Zolo’s offerings, and guide them to suitable properties.
  • Follow a structured sales process to convert leads into bookings while delivering a great customer experience.
  • Handle objections (price, location, reviews) calmly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate lead details and track follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily talk-time, visit scheduling, and monthly booking targets.
  • Coordinate with on-ground operations teams to ensure smooth customer visits and post-booking support.

Skills & Traits :

  • Clear and confident communication in English and at least one local language.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build natural rapport.
  • Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools); typing speed of at least 30 WPM is preferred.
