Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Specialist located in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Delhi & Noida. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, working closely with architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams. Daily tasks will include BIM coordination, reviewing and managing submittals, and ensuring the integration of architectural and MEP designs within BIM software.

Qualifications

• BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Experience in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to manage and review submittals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in construction or related industries is a plus
