About the Role

Tesla Outsourcing Services is seeking an experienced BIM Project Manager to lead, manage, and oversee end-to-end project delivery for international architectural projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication capabilities, deep technical expertise in BIM methodologies, and experience working with international building codes and standards, particularly for the US, UK, and Australian markets.

This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple teams, ensure project accuracy and timely delivery, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

Lead, plan, and manage BIM project execution from initiation to completion.

Assign project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery aligned with project timelines.

Ensure adherence to international standards, deliverables, and documentation requirements.

Prepare project schedules, workflows, and resource plans to optimize team efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Control

Oversee and execute detailed QA / QC processes for all project deliverables.

Ensure deliverables meet required LOD standards (LOD 300–450).

Implement and refine quality checklists, review processes, and accuracy benchmarks.

Ensure consistency and compliance with BIM execution plans, templates, and project guidelines.

Technical Expertise & Execution

Guide teams on Revit modeling best practices, clash detection, and BIM coordination.

Lead projects involving CAD to BIM, Scan to BIM, construction documentation, and detailed modeling.

Understand and apply building codes, standards, and compliance frameworks for international regions.

Client Communication & Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.

Lead project coordination meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development

Mentor and guide BIM Architects, BIM Engineers, and QC team members.

Conduct performance reviews, skill assessments, and training interventions.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong command of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.

Demonstrated experience working on international architectural projects.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to handle client-facing responsibilities.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Knowledge of US / UK / Australian building codes and construction documentation standards.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing BIM deliverables up to

LOD 450

Prior experience in client-facing project management roles

Proven background in multi-team handling and cross-functional leadership
