Product Manager BIM Solutions

THIS IS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.

This role involves defining and refining new product workflows, validating solutions with internal stakeholders and customers, and driving end-to-end product lifecycle management — from concept through delivery to end-of-life.

Key Responsibilities

Define and articulate

product vision, strategy, and value proposition

aligned with business goals.

Conduct

customer research, workflow analysis, and value mapping

to identify opportunities and pain points.

Prioritize product features and maintain a

well-groomed product backlog

aligned with strategic objectives.

Work closely with

cross-functional teams

(development, design, and business) to validate solutions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Apply

Design Thinking and Agile methodologies

to drive rapid prototyping, iteration, and continuous improvement.

Analyze

competitive landscape and market positioning

to define differentiation strategies.

Manage product lifecycle activities — including launch, adoption tracking, and end-of-life planning.

Support

project planning, stakeholder communication, and feature documentation

throughout development cycles.

Qualifications

Education :

Master’s Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

5–7 years in product management or a related role, with at least 3–5 years in defining and managing software products.

Exposure to

AEC industry workflows or BIM platforms

(preferred).

Demonstrated ability to work under general supervision while exercising creativity, problem-solving, and independent judgment.
