Process Trainer

Role :

• Plan, prepare, schedule and conduct online language classes on different language skill levels
• Actively seek out new course participants to maintain group sizes
• Evaluate language level of employees
• Conduct satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve the classes
• Assist the L&D team with translations and spelling checks whenever needed
