Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, delivering new hire training, and preparing training materials. The trainer will also conduct presentations, analyze training effectiveness, and maintain up-to-date training records. Additionally, the trainer is expected to communicate effectively and work closely with other departments to ensure training consistency and relevance.

Qualifications

• Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills
• Strong Presentation Skills and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to create and implement effective training programs
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience in the tech industry or process training is a plus
