Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Facilitator to join our Learning and Development
department in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing
and delivering impactful learning programs aimed at enhancing behavioral skills, fostering a
positive work culture and driving organizational effectiveness.
Program Design and Development
Develop and design behavior-focused training programs aligned with organizational goals
and employee development needs.
Create engaging and interactive learning content that addresses specific behavioral
competencies required in a manufacturing environment.
Facilitation and Delivery :
Conduct dynamic and effective training sessions, workshops, and interventions to employees
at various levels within the manufacturing unit.
Utilize diverse facilitation techniques to ensure active participation and understanding of
behavioral concepts.
Performance Consulting :
Provide performance consulting services to guide employees in enhancing their
interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and teamwork.
Analyze organizational performance gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to develop
targeted solutions.
Performance Evaluation :
Assess the effectiveness of behavioral programs through evaluation methods such as preand
post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and on-the-job observations.
Analyze data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for program
enhancement.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related
field.
Proven experience (5+ Years) as a Behavioral Facilitator / Trainer / Teacher
Strong understanding of behavioral theories, adult learning principles, and training
methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to the unique needs and challenges of a manufacturing environment.
Certification in behavioral training or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in using learning management systems(LMS) and other training tools.
Work Location : Hosur, Tamil Nadu and Narasapura, Kolar
Working Days : 6days a week
