We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Director of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Services to lead and manage our recruitment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to our clients, driving operational excellence, and enhancing the overall recruitment process through innovative strategies and practices.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure the achievement of desired recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the RPO services team, ensuring that recruitment goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of recruitment operations.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that Talent Worx remains a leader in RPO services.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in RPO services.Proven track record of successfully managing RPO projects and delivering results.Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and platforms.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
