• 1-3 years of experience. We value potential, passion, and coachability over a long resume.
• A bachelor’s degree is great, but a phenomenal attitude is mandatory.

• Own laptop and mobile phone
• Familiarity with the East Bengaluru real estate scene is a huge plus, but we'll teach you everything we know. The Deal :
• Base Salary : ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month. Negotiable
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) : ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000+ per year (with our uncapped commission structure)
