Role Overview : Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of GuideYu — working directly with clients to understand their needs, showcase suitable properties, and close successful deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has a flair for sales, and is eager to grow in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Source and qualify potential clients via cold calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Client Meetings : Understand customer requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
- Site Visits : Organize and conduct property visits, clearly presenting features, pricing, and benefits.
- Sales Closures : Convert qualified leads into successful deals through effective follow-ups and presentations.
- Negotiation & Finalization : Handle client negotiations and close deals efficiently.
- Client Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- CRM Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Inventory management and market knowledge.
- Social media activity development and LinkedIn engagement.
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of experience in real estate (preferably commercial).Proven ability to generate leads and consistently meet monthly sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.Highly motivated, target-driven, and open to local travel (2-wheelers provided).KRA and KPI will be tracked.What You'll Get
