Requirements :

 Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.

 Mobility : The candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.

 Incentives : Attractive performance-based incentives—maximum ₹30,000 per month.

 Benefits : A petrol allowance of up to ₹1,500 is provided as per the standard policy.

 Education : Any graduate with a 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 education pattern is eligible to apply for this job.

 Age Criteria : 21 to 30 years

 Work Schedule : 6 days a week with week-offs on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.

 Package : ₹250,000 P.A to ₹600,000 P.A

 Job Location : Across Chennai city

 Interview Location : At our Corporate office (T.Nagar)

Key Responsibilities :

 Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate banking products.

 Identify and acquire new customers through door-to-door visits, promotional stalls in high traffic areas, and referrals.

 Assist customers with the account opening process, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience, while tracking and updating the status.  Maintain follow-up with new customers and cross-sell additional banking products such as loans or investment options as needed.

 Prepare and update daily sales reports; regularly review performance with your supervisor.

 Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

 Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Tamil.
