We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies.Manage the complete talent acquisition cycle across a wide range of roles, including in-house recruitment, niche headhunting, senior leadership hiring, recruitment professionals, business development managers, and support functions such as HR, Finance, IT, and Administration.Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, social platforms, and industry-specific communities.Leverage advanced tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri to identify, engage, and manage top talent.Plan and execute structured interview and selection processes including screenings, assessments, and panel interviews.Develop accurate job descriptions and role-specific interview frameworks in alignment with organizational requirements.Maintain and update candidate information, resumes, and communication history in the ATS to ensure data integrity and compliance.Lead employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.Organize and represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry recruitment events.Collaborate with leadership to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs across departments.Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent pipelines, including previous applicants and passive candidates.Perks & Benefits
