Job Opening : Sales Manager Agency Channel (Life Insurance)
Locations : Delhi / NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Allahabad, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Kolkata
Salary : 4 LPA + Reimbursements + Lucrative Incentives
Experience : 210 Years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Life Insurance sales by building and managing a team of advisors.
- Recruit, train, and develop commission-based agents.
- Supervise and monitor agent activity plans to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Conduct weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and update the Sales MIS.
- Motivate and mentor agents through structured Career Progression Programs.
- Promote usage of CRM Agent Portal for better customer service and cross-selling.
