Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, advising clients on insurance products, and maintaining a deep understanding of the insurance market. The role requires collaboration with other departments to achieve sales goals and provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

• Customer Service skills and experience in client advisory services
• Knowledge in Finance and relevant financial products
• Experience in Team Management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
