Job descriptionCommunication : Should have basic verbal and written communication skills. Qualification : Undergraduate or graduate candidates are eligible. Travel Requirements : Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai as per job Vehicle Requirement : Must have a bike 2-wheeler / Driver's license (Mandatory). Experience : A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred. Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowances and Attractive Incentives Medical Insurance Paid sick leaves All Sunday's fixed off, alternate Saturdays off (2nd & 4th Saturday) Career growth opportunities.

About the Role :
The role involves identifying, verifying, and managing commercial property information across Mumbai, ensuring the accuracy of data and supporting the sales team with property-related operations. The position requires a mix of fieldwork, data management, and team collaboration, making it integral to smooth sales & operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Property Sourcing & Verification : Identify and verify commercial properties in Mumbai.
- Field Data Collection : Gather accurate property details through on-site and online sources.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date property details in the CRM.
- Team Collaboration : Regularly update the team with relevant information.
- Independent Work : Be able to work independently and efficiently in the field.
- Sales Support : Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operational
requirements.
