Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, planning and executing business strategies, conducting market research, and contributing to sales growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding the brand's presence in the market.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Strategy Development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
