We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Support Engineer to provide L1 support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) modules, primarily focusing on Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PLM implementations, testing, and post-production support, with a strong understanding of API integration, data migration, and configuration validations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM modules Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion PLM environments, including customization and module setup.
- Perform API integration testing and validate configurations in Oracle PDH.
- Deliver post-production and Hypercare support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Develop and troubleshoot custom reports using Oracle reporting tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring support issues.
- Participate in and execute Agile data migration processes.
- Conduct quarterly patch and configuration validation testing cycles.
- Analyze and prioritize support requests, including customization and configuration failures.
- Manage and triage incident tickets and service requests across Oracle PLM components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues efficiently.
- Prepare and execute test cases, primarily manual testing, for Oracle Cloud PLM applications.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions (PD, PDH).Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles.Experience configuring and supporting Oracle PDH and other Fusion PLM modules.Proficient in API integration testing and debugging.Prior experience in support or implementation projects (minimum 5 years).Competency in manual testing and writing detailed test cases.Experience developing custom reports using tools like BI Publisher or OTBI.Hands-on experience with Agile data migration techniques and best practices.Skilled in system patch testing and validation methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and issue triaging.Ability to handle support independently as an individual contributor.Preferred Technical Skills :
