We are seeking a highly motivated Sr ASIC Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for semiconductor and ASIC / VLSI roles, with the ability to identify, attract, and engage top hardware engineering talent in a highly competitive market. This role requires a deep understanding of niche skills, effective sourcing strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for ASIC / VLSI / semiconductor roles (Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, RTL, FPGA, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels : job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, and niche forums.
  • Screen and evaluate technical talent for relevant experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Drive interview and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline and proactively map the market for ASIC professionals.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor talent movements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on semiconductor / ASIC hiring .
  • Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, chip development lifecycle, and niche skill sets (RTL, Verification, DFT, PD, STA, etc.).
  • Proven track record in sourcing and closing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
