Job description

We are hiring Inside Sales Executives / Telesales Professionals to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Customer Service, or Business Development who are eager to build a career in corporate B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound sales calls (cold calling / lead follow-up) and handle inbound inquiries.

Generate qualified leads through calling, email campaigns, and web research.

Explain our Facility Management Services (Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Pest Control, etc.) to prospective clients.

Fix appointments / demos for the field sales team.

Update CRM / Excel trackers with client details and follow-ups.

Work closely with the sales manager to achieve monthly targets.

Provide excellent customer engagement and relationship-building.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate / Undergraduate with 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, Call Center, or Business Development.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Excellent verbal communication (English + Hindi).

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
