ROLE OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands SEO, PPC, Link Building, Google & Meta Ads analytics, and Content Marketing roles to attract and recruit top-tier talent for our growing team. Being an agency setup, this role requires an in-office presence to collaborate closely with hiring managers to maintain a streamlined, high-performing recruitment process.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract the best talent in SEO, PPC, Content Strategy, Link Building, and Digital Analytics.
- Actively source candidates via Recruiter, job boards, industry forums, and networking events to build a pipeline of A-level marketing professionals through continuous engagement.
Screening & Interviewing
Conduct structured screening interviews to assess candidates' technical expertise in Advanced SEO, Content Marketing, Link Building, Digital PR and PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads).Collaborate with hiring managers to develop skill-based assessments to align talent acquisition with business needs.Data-Driven Recruitment
Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, and retention rates) to optimize recruitment.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment automation tools for seamless hiring & proper data management.Onboarding & Candidate Experience
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with HR & IT teams.Enhance candidate experience through timely communication, interview feedback, and a well-structured hiring journey.Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Conduct competitor benchmarking to understand salary trends, in-demand digital skills, and emerging hiring practices.Provide insights on talent availability, demand, and compensation structures in the digital marketing space.Required Technical Skills :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Certification Course in Digital Marketing will be given preference.3+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.Experience with Recruitment Automations.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.Up-to-date knowledge of and a community of digital marketers to tap into.Proficiency in MS Word, Google docs, Spreadsheets, Professional emails.Required Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and to work cross-functionally with Digital marketing teams, HR, and Management.Proactive in identifying challenges in hiring and implementing creative solutions.Strong negotiation skills to attract and close top talent in a competitive market.Open to feedback and collaboration to improve hiring processes.Location : Golf Course Road, Sector -43, Gurugram (Work from Office)
Experience : 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Digital Marketing Industry in an Agency environment.
