The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The objective of US Consumer Services Control Management Issues, Events & Remediation- Reporting and Analytics team is to focus on turning data into insight and insight into action , empowering leaders with the information they need to make smart, timely, and strategic decisions.

US Consumer Services is looking for a Sr. Analyst of Issues, Events & Remediation focused on reporting and analytics responsible for designing, developing, and managing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that drive business insights and performance improvements. This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making , ensuring leadership and stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable information.

The Analyst, US Consumer Services Issues, Events & Remediation will do :

Reporting Development & Management

• Design, build, and maintain automated reports, dashboards and deck for regular business reviews.
• Develop insightful visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track KPIs and performance trends.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all reporting deliverables.
• Maintain a reporting calendar and manage ad-hoc data requests efficiently.
