To be successful as a 'Risk & Control Analyst', you should have experience with :

Basic / Essential Qualifications

• Identify and support improvements in risk awareness and control performance via controls assurance undertaken.
• Complete Design Effectiveness Assessments (DEA) of controls to ensure they have been designed effectively and complete Operational Effectiveness Testing (OET) to ensure they are operating effectively.
• Support the Operations Control Partners in the timely and accurate capture of Risk Events as well as Issues / Actions in the Approved System of Record in accordance with the Barclays Control Framework policies / standards.
• Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.

Desirable Skillsets / Good To Have

This role will be based out of Noida.

Purpose of the role

To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
