JOB DESCRIPTION
Excellent knowledge on Healthcare domain
- Good communication skills
- Experience of working in agile development environment
- Experience background in HealthRules Payor (Or any platform based Healthcare product) will be preferred
- Assist in planning and running configuration agile sprints with the team
- Design and configure Core Admin systems for processing Claims and Clinical Operations
- Conduct reviews to ensure compliance to Configuration best practices and Coding standards
- Provide guidance to the Configuration team
- Supervises the work of Configuration Analysts in the project
- Schedule and track Configuration activities in the project
- Provides status updates to the Project Manager and identify & report issues and risks
- Help the onshore team in preparing the contents for Sprint demo
- Responsible for promotion of configuration through all environments with the help of Team members
- Maintenance of the configuration gold environment and ensuring timely backups
- Handle cross functional coordination with Integration, Conversion and Testing teams representing Configuration activities
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide status of the work to the supervisors Participate in Program Office all hands meetings to represent Configuration track
- Works under the guidance of the Configuration Lead
