Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies supporting recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.- Oversee the design, creation, and delivery of training programs across online and in-person formats.- Conduct skill gap analyses, measure training effectiveness, and report progress to leadership.- Manage learning technologies, including LMS platforms, and coordinate with external training vendors for quality delivery.- Ensure compliance with industry and organizational learning standards.- Champion a culture of continuous learning, development, and knowledge sharing across all teams.Main Qualifications- Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally within the staffing or HR industry.- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (L&D certification preferred).- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills- Excellent project management and analytical abilities.- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.- Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning programs to organizational goals.
