What you will do :

Team Leadership & Performance Manage SEO, Paid Media, Content, Social, and Ops teams with a focus on execution quality and delivery timelines.

• Conduct weekly reviews, monitor performance, and ensure clear accountability.
• Set and maintain high standards for internal collaboration, ownership, and execution.

Client Success & Relationship Management :

Operational Develop and enforce SOPs across all service lines to ensure standardization and quality.
