We are seeking a Jewellery Designer cum Merchandiser to serve as the creative and communication bridge between the company and its key international customers.
This role requires not only a refined sense of jewelry design but also the ability to proactively engage with clients in fluent English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities / Expectation :
- Client Interaction & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining regular communication on design development, sampling, and production progress.
- Understand customer briefs, translate them into design directions, and proactively share updates, visuals, and clarifications.
- Draft clear, concise emails and updates in English with a professional tone and attention to detail.
- Design & Development
- Design imaginative piece of fine jewellery with a sense of poise to it- one that speaks to our patrons and makes them confident. It will help if you draw inspiration from the world around and love to create.
- Love the challenge of working on customized jewellery that can be unique and original in a refreshing way and lets our patron express their emotions and sentiments. You will get an opportunity to build on your appreciation for colors, pattern, subtlety, sparkle and versatility of gemstones.
- Develop sixth sense for fine jewellery styles and trends- While you are meant to design jewellery that transcends seasons, staying on top external developments is important. You will research on emerging trends- to gain insight into customers’ needs and the social & cultural forces that shape it.
- Keenness to Learn & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- We particularly value candidates with curiosity and willingness to learn beyond their immediate design function. Even if prior experience is limited, the right candidate should be open to gaining working knowledge in the following areas :
- Microsoft Excel for managing data, design trackers, and costing sheets.
- Target costing and pricing principles to understand design-to-cost relationships.
- CAD and production processes, to develop practical insight into how designs are executed and how technical teams interpret creative inputs.
Qualifications & Experience :
2+ years’ experience in Fine Jewellery Design.Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Jewellery DesignExcellent verbal and written English communication skills for client collaboration.What We Offer :
