About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team. This role bridges the gap between sales, retail operations, and product strategy , ensuring that our brand presence in stores and across channels reflects our luxury positioning.

You'll play a key role in driving sell-through, managing assortments, analyzing performance , and maintaining the aesthetic and commercial standards that define our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Assortment Planning

  • Develop and implement merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and brand strategy.
  • Work closely with design, production, and retail teams to select and allocate product assortments for stores and online.
  • Ensure optimum stock levels across channels to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Track weekly / monthly sales performance by category, style, and channel.
  • Prepare sell-through and inventory reports, providing insights for buying and replenishment decisions.
  • Identify bestsellers and slow movers, and recommend appropriate actions.

    • Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

  • Ensure in-store displays and product presentations reflect the brand's luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail teams to execute seasonal displays and new launches.

    • Retail Coordination & Support

  • Liaise with store teams to understand customer preferences and market trends.
  • Support retail staff with product knowledge, styling guidance, and seasonal collection training.
  • Partner with marketing and PR teams for launches, events, and promotions.

    • Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in merchandising or sales for a luxury or premium fashion brand .
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, trend awareness, and brand alignment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
