Buying Merchandiser Garment Manufacturing

A leading luxury design and manufacturing studio is looking for a Buying Merchandiser with strong sourcing acumen and deep industry connections in garment factories and supplier networks across India.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic buyer and negotiator who can identify evaluate and manage suppliers for fabric trims and garment production ensuring that every order meets design integrity cost efficiency and delivery timelines.

This role is suited for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced production environment understands both creative and commercial aspects of apparel manufacturing and can ensure seamless coordination between design sourcing and production teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendor & Factory Sourcing

• Identify and onboard garment factories fabric mills and accessory suppliers aligned with luxury quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new vendors across India (Delhi NCR Tirupur Jaipur Mumbai etc.).
• Evaluate supplier capabilities for MOQ lead time compliance and quality assurance.
• Ensure vendor selection aligns with cost capacity and brand standards.
