Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Engage with inbound leads (prospects signing up for free trials) and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to build a strong pipeline and generate new opportunities.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition to professionals in interior design, contracting, and real estate.
- Schedule demos for product experts, with the option to take ownership of the full sales cycle from demo to close (path to becoming an AE).
- Maintain and update a healthy pipeline of prospects in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to maximize conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for demo bookings and qualified opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of SMB sales experience (preferably in SaaS or technology).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales development targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects with curiosity and professionalism.Clear, neutral / global English accent to effectively connect with US-based customers.Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.Willingness to work US time zone hours.Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.Bonus : Experience running product demos for deals under $1000 ACV.
