Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the US, North America, and European markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the US, North America, and European markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the target regions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the US, North America, and European markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements in the target regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications :
