2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
3. Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
4. Market Coverage :
5. Ensure effective distribution and coverage in the assigned area by managing the network of distributors and retailers.
6. Increase width and depth of distribution for Mamaearth products.
7. Distributor Management :
8. Appoint and manage distributors to ensure seamless product availability.
9. Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely stock replenishment.
10. Retailer Engagement :
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to promote product visibility and sales.
12. Conduct regular visits to retailers and address their concerns effectively.
13. Promotions and Visibility :
14. Execute trade promotions and schemes in alignment with company guidelines.
15. Ensure product visibility through proper merchandising and placement at retail outlets.
16. Market Insights :
17. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
18. Share actionable insights with the sales team and management.
19. Team Collaboration :
20. Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
21. Train and motivate distributor sales teams to ensure high productivity.
22. Reporting and Analysis :
23. Prepare and share daily / weekly sales reports, stock updates, and market feedback.
24. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
