Role Overview :
We are looking for a passionate
Sales Officer
to drive sales for our
pesticide-free product range under DeHaat Honest Farms
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve annual
primary and secondary sales targets
Identify, onboard, and nurture new
distributors and retailers
Ensure
timely processing of claims
NOCs
, and
accurate SFA reporting
Manage
inventory levels
market outstandings
, and
overdue payments
Drive
promoter performance
, reduce attrition, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Execute
consumer engagement activities
and market expansion initiatives.
What We’re Looking For :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience : 3–5 years |
General Trade
Skills :
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and data interpretation.
Strong understanding of
FMCG distributor networks
and market trends.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
