Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in retail mortgages with a strong track record of success.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mortgages and related products.Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.Skills Required
