Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Assistant Relationship Officer to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of tele sales experience , specifically in promoting Personal Loans and Overdraft products . This is a desk-based (sitting) role , focused on reviewing customer profiles, assisting in loan processing, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential leads to assess eligibility for personal loans and overdraft products
• Review and verify customer documents and loan application details
• Provide accurate information to clients regarding loan terms, eligibility, and required documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and approval
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for documentation and updates
• Achieve daily / weekly targets set by the team lead
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
