Responsible for understanding the local market dynamics and competitive environment
Responsible to provide a quality services to the customers and work to reduce the complaints
Operational Focus
Manage the list of prospective customers, basis past flat sales (Customer Data Sheet), and information generated at exhibitions etc.
Handle the phone calls to prospective customers from the database and generate leads or get references
Analyze profile of customers like turnover of the business / if employed the name of the organization, designation held etc. and segment the prospects accordingly
Inform the Sales Head about the prospect intending the corporate / bulk deal
Arrange presentations to clients about the project, flat layout, availability of flats etc. and show the sample flat
Get customers preferences about the configuration required, view, vaastu, personal details
