Main Purpose of the Role :
The Area Business Manager is responsible for driving and executing business development strategies across domestic and international markets. The role aims to identify and evaluate new business opportunities in alignment with the company's financial and marketing objectives. The incumbent plays a key role in strategic planning, proposal development, and the successful execution of growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate the efforts of the business development team within the assigned area.
- Identify, analyze, and develop strategies to capitalize on business growth opportunities in domestic and foreign markets.
- Drive the execution of strategic projects and ensure successful closure of key business deals.
- Prepare business proposals and market entry strategies to support business expansion.
- Collaborate with senior management to recommend and implement growth initiatives.
- Act as a mentor and coach to the business development team, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
- Ensure alignment of team activities with overall organizational goals.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client needs to identify new opportunities for the business.
Key Skills and Competencies :
