Job Decsription :

Conduct audits of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) to ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and fund documents.

Perform comprehensive audits of investment banking activities, including underwriting and advisory services.

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes across audited functions.

Review research analyst methodologies, reports, and recommendations for accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure adherence to ethical standards, industry regulations, and internal policies.

Monitor regulatory updates and recommend enhancements to practices and controls.
