About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and driving revenue growth by placing top IT talent across our client base in the US.

You will collaborate closely with delivery, recruitment, and account management teams to ensure consistent business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1. New Business Acquisition :

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new direct clients, system integrators, and MSP / VMS accounts across the US.
• Develop and execute lead generation and outreach strategies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and staffing platforms.
• Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and service-level agreements.
