About the Job
Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager with 10+ years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition domain, specifically within account management. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering deep, long-term relationships, and driving significant client satisfaction and retention. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to proactively identify client needs, deliver innovative talent solutions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Experience : Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition department, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior account management or client leadership role.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking : Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and solutions.
Leadership & Influence : Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach to overcoming challenges.
Organizational & Time Management : Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Results-Oriented : Demonstrated track record of exceeding client expectations and achieving revenue growth targets.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry and adapt to changing client needs and market conditions
