Role overview & Key responsibilities :
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients, introduce company products / services, and generate interest.
- Cold Emailing & Follow-ups – Craft engaging email pitches, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
- Client Engagement – Build strong rapport with decision-makers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement – Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Market Research – Identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and gather valuable business insights.
What we're looking for :
Any Graduate / Under graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive successful conversionsComfortable with cold calling, CRM tools, and follow-up coordinationConfidence in handling objections and rejections with a solution-driven approachBasic understanding of sales techniques and the B2B sales cyclePrior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation is a plusProficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional email communicationCulture Fit : Must align with PadCare's values – Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, Customer-First, Innovation.Work Mode : Full-time; based in Pune
