Procurement Manager

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of the procurement operations, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of quality materials while optimizing costs.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery of materials.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in procurement, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, proficiency in procurement software and Excel, and attention to detail with a focus on cost control and efficiency.

The role involves working closely with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements for materials and equipment, and ensuring purchased materials comply with specifications and regulations.

Key deliverables include RFQs / RFPs & PO documentation, order tracking & delivery reports, supplier evaluation & negotiation summaries, inventory & cost tracking reports, and procurement compliance & audit files.

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in procurement are preferred.

Familiarity with industry standards, laws, and regulations is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
