WAGNER is an approved installer of fire detection, fire prevention and fire extinguishing systems. In addition to an extensive network of branch offices in Germany, the company has existing subsidiaries or sales offices in Europe, North America, Singapore, Dubai and Australia.

WAGNER is now looking to substantially expand its business in India. Therefore we are searching for a

Supply Chain Manager / Coordinator India & Middle East

Job Summary :

The Import & Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire import and export

process, including shipment documentation, coordination with clearing agents, and inventory

management for the India and Middle East regions.

This role will ensure efficient logistics operations, inventory control, and seamless communication

with customers, suppliers, and the headquarters in Germany. The ideal candidate will have hands-

on experience with Tally software and strong knowledge of international shipping procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Import & Export Shipment Handling
Custom Documentation
Coordination with Clearing & Forwarding Agents (CHA / FFD)
Inventory Audit & Warehouse Visits
Collaborate with the headquarters in Germany to manage purchase orders, forecast shipping schedules, and resolve any order-related queries.
Ensure all international orders are executed as per the requirements of the HQ and local teams.
Manage and update records in Tally software, including stock entries, billing, and other relevant documentation.
Customer Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export shipments, ensuring timely updates, addressing queries, and resolving issues related to shipping and delivery.

Qualification and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in import / export logistics, preferably in the India and Middle East regions.

Hands-on experience with Tally software for managing logistics and inventory entries.

Understanding of international trade regulations, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.

Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including HQ teams and customers.

Ability to conduct regular inventory audits and warehouse visits.

Proficiency in Tally software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of customs procedures, import / export regulations, and documentation requirements.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple shipments and orders simultaneously.
