We are growing fast and launching product categories at a fast pace. We are a pre–Series A funded start-up redefining how moms' shop for home and baby products.

Manager-Supply Chain and Operations

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations for our brand. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory planning, B2B and B2C, vendor management, logistics optimization, packaging efficiency, and cost reduction strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, on-time delivery, and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Operations : Manage end-to-end supply chain including procurement, production planning, warehousing, and last-mile delivery for D2C channels.

2. Logistics & Fulfilment : Coordinate with 3PL partners and courier aggregators to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries.

3. Packaging Optimisation :

Develop eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging solutions.
Standardized packaging sizes to reduce material and shipping costs.
Improve packaging efficiency to minimize damages and returns.

4. Cost Reduction & Efficiency :

Negotiate with vendors and logistics partners to reduce overall costs.

Implement automation and process improvements to improve fulfilment speed.

Identify and execute strategies to lower freight and last-mile delivery expenses.

5. Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and replenishment cycles to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

6. Vendor & Supplier Management : Build strong partnerships with suppliers, packaging vendors, and logistics providers.

7. Customer Experience : Ensure high service levels by reducing delivery time, damages, and return rates.

8. Data & Reporting : Analyse supply chain metrics (lead times, fulfilment rates, logistics costs, packaging spend, etc.) and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

4–7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in D2C, eCommerce, or FMCG.

Strong knowledge of logistics, 3PLs, courier partners, and warehousing solutions.

Proven track record of cost optimization in packaging and logistics.

Hands-on experience with inventory management systems, WMS, or ERP tools.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
