Chef De Partie- Awadhi Cuisine (Urgent)

Role Summary : As a CDP Of Awadhi Cuisine at Food Whisperer, you’ll lead a specific kitchen section—Mughlai Cuisine / Awadhi Cuisine, and ensure every dish meets the brand’s high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Section Management : Independently manage Awadhi Cuisine kitchen section with precision and ownership.
• Cooking & Presentation : Prepare dishes per standard recipes; ensure mise en place is ready for smooth service.
• Quality Control : Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation; check freshness and storage.
• Inventory & Waste Management : Monitor stock, report shortages, minimize waste, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
