Looking to onboard a skilled Food & Beverages Production professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a Demi Chef de Partie / Commis in South Indian, Continental, and Halwai cuisines.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
- Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
- Support the development of new recipes and menu ideas.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in food production, preferably in a similar role.Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
