Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, and loans
- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
- Explain product features and benefits to customers and resolve queries
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions
- Follow up with potential clients to convert them into active customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
- Stay updated on banking products, processes, and compliance guidelines
- Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events
Requirements
Education : Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Finance preferred but not mandatory)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of banking and financial servicesEagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented rolePositive attitude, self-motivated, and result-drivenWillingness to work in the field (field sales role)Proficiency in local language; English and Hindi are a plusSkills Required
