Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including analyzing tender documents, preparing proposals, and coordinating with procurement teams. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with bidding requirements. The Tendering Specialist will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities for the company.

1. Tender Search through incoming tenders and note tender due date,

project start and end date, tender submission instructions / requirements and mode of submission.

2.  Bid Preparation-Technical & Price Bid

3. Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid

4. Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in tenders

5. Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders.

6. Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis

7. Preparing Datasheet & maintaining records on regular basis

9. MIS Report preparation / competitive bidders comparison sheet.

10. Collection of EMD / coordinate with accounts department for EMD / TENDER FEE. PROCUREMENT ofEMD / post tendering works.

11. Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers.

12. Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing / new clients.

13. Sales department / Sales Support

Qualifications

• Experience in Tender Management, Proposal Writing, and Procurement
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• .Gem Portal Knowledge
• B.COM / M.COM,BBA / MBA
