Job Title : Senior Manager – Contracts
As a Senior Manager – Contracts at HN Safal, you will be responsible for managing the entire contracts lifecycle for large-scale real estate projects. From inviting bids to finalizing work orders and managing contract amendments, this role requires strong technical expertise, negotiation skills, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and smooth project execution.

About the Role
- Invite bids from various contractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Prepare work orders, letters of acceptance, safety agreements, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Conduct comparison analysis for accurate evaluation and decision-making.
- Manage change orders, escalation claims, and contract amendments to safeguard company interests.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, RFPs, and bid evaluations for timely and efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while coordinating with site, legal, and project teams.

About You
Minimum Qualification : BE Civil / Diploma in Civil / B. Tech. / B. Sc. in EngineeringMinimum Experience : 8+ years in contracts management within real estate / construction.Software Knowledge : Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.Skills : Strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, excellent negotiation and drafting skills.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.Why Join HN Safal?
